I keep coming back for the great stay. The first time, staff kindly helped with my luggage. Wi-Fi, 24h reception, and a cozy lounge are perfect. Can't wait to return for Christmas.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic as it was conveniently located near Schloss Belvedere, making it easy for our family to enjoy a leisurely stroll to the picturesque palace and its gardens. The modern and stylish ambiance of the hotel made our city excursion a truly enjoyable and comfortable experience.

My wife says that having a designated play area for kids in the hotel would have been great for families traveling with children.

The rooms at Motel One Wien-Hauptbahnhof are so cozy and modern! The flat-screen TV and the air conditioning make it feel like a home away from home. I loved unwinding there after a long day of work.

The only thing I liked less was the limited space in the bathroom.

Appealing place, fairly clean, functional rooms and EFFICIENT staff. Solid continental breakfast provided with vegan options and local tastes, for instance. Central location, at a short distance from a leading museum.

I stayed at Motel One due to a flight delay and chose it because it's conveniently located in front of the main train station. The room on the 12th floor had an amazing bed and view. The staff was kind and the hotel was quiet. Checking in early was a lovely bonus.

Had every detail wanted for our christmas, loved rooms and atmosphere. The room was neat, with good views over the city.

Appreciated the way our double room with good views over the city was arranged. The location was marvellous, not too far from two belvedere palaces.

The hotel staff was not particularly friendly.

The bar is decorated with Viennese workshop-style ornaments, making it a charming and stylish spot to enjoy a drink. It felt as if I had stepped into a scene from a historical film, with the elegant design and cozy atmosphere transporting me to a bygone era of sophistication.

Lack of refrigerator and tea-making facilities.

The place is cool and fairly clean, it offers perfect breakfast and optimal location near main rail station. Pretty nice bedrooms.

Cosy accommodation, the breakfast was tasty, perfect location very close to main train station. The bar was comfortable with helpful staff. Room was lovely and with comfortable beds. They had an easy check-in too.

The One Lounge is like an art gallery, with designer pieces and ornamental Viennese style. Great views of the palace and a wall of cuckoo clocks for an immersive experience. Conveniently close to major sights.

Who needs breakfast? At £10 a pop, I barely ate anything.

Missing minibar in the room.

I chose this hotel for attending a networking event and was pleasantly surprised by how well-rested I felt after a good night's sleep. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was invigorating, ensuring I was ready for my business meeting the following day.

The one service I missed for my work was the lack of working hair dryer in the room.

We noticed a bit of noise coming from a nearby hostel during the evening and night, which was a bit bothersome when we were trying to sleep.

This hotel is a great find! The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the main train station. You can easily explore the city from here, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with comfortable rooms and nice views. The breakfast is included in the rate, which is a bonus.
